The ConnectNetwork mobile app provides quick access to our most popular services. Using the app, you can create a ConnectNetwork account, manage your account information, make deposits into various accounts, send Messages, photos and videos to your loved ones, and (NEW) take advantage of Walk-In-Retail (Pay by cash) as an alternative to using a credit card. Our features are based on the facility. To find out which features are available to your inmate, please add them to your account. • Create and Manage your ConnectNetwork Account • Make Payments and Deposits for ConnectNetwork services, such as: o AdvancePay Phone (Prepaid Collect) o Trust Fund (Inmate Trust Account) o PIN Debit (Inmate Phone Account) o Debit Link (Inmate Account for Tablet Services) o Walk-In-Retail, a new convenient cash payment method • Messaging (Email) o View your Messaging inbox, send and compose messages, and save drafts o Use your credit or debit card to purchase Message credits o Add a photo or video attachment to your Message o Depending on the facility, send credits to receive a reply

I use the app to send money and messages. It would be great if there was a feature that automatically saved messages to draft if you switch out of the app. I've had an app pop up or a phone call and it takes me off GTL. I go back and I have to re enter my pin and my message is gone. So frustrating! Could be 5 stars for me. Please add an auto save feature! For sending money, the rates are comparable to other apps and the funds get there quickly.

Nice to have an app instead of using the mobile version of the website. Costs money either way. A lot simpler - straight to the point. The app does occasionally stall while processing payments or other data and the whole facility, inmate, etc interface isn't fully functional and kinda superfluous... It's like a different way to get to the same result. Penal system is all about choices. It does make prepaying for a phone number pretty easy.

This app was a great way to stay in touch with loved ones who's incarcerated up until now. Lately, I keep getting "I have 0 credits" messages when I know I replenish my account every week and with a balance of 20 or more credits. Makes no sense to keep depositing money for credits that can't be used at "our" convenience. Please fix the issues/ bugs ASAP. TY.
