Budget Calendar is a budget and payment planning application. All transactions are shown on a calendar (compare to the complicated ledger system used by some budget applications). Each payment can have a unique icon. Move a transaction to a different day to fit your needs. See where you are going to spend money in the future. Get clear statistics and reports for one or more months. Adjust the budget balance to match your actual balance. Smartphone version file format is compatible with the desktop versions (separate purchase). Google Drive may be used for syncing between your devices and PCs. Experiment with the TRIAL desktop version to get the feel for Budget Calendar.

This has been one of the best tools I've ever used for budgeting. It simple and straightforward, nothing flashy. I know exactly how much I'll have on certain dates and can plan out how much I can spend during certain months. It could use a few small tweaks and maybe the ability to add multiple budgets but maybe that's why it works so well for me because it's simple. I can plug in different recurring paychecks, one time paychecks, and all sorts of other recurring bills for years.

I've been using this app since 2014 or so. It is exactly what I was looking for. I was previously using an actual paper calendar and notebook ledger to keep track of my finances. This app eliminated all of that and now i can take my finances with me to make sure i don't overspend accidentally. Would recommend this to anyone who likes to track their finances on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Only criticism is that i wish it had better icons for payments. Need a more diverse selection.
Gregory, thank you very much for the kind words! You touched the “soft-spot” on the artwork. It is hard to get it, it is pricy to the point where app’s sales can’t cover the cost. I have been using this product since 2010 when it was only available as computer software and I'm beyond thrilled that it now has an app! I have tried dozens of other budgeting apps trying to get one with similar features on my phone only to be let down. This calendar-based budgeting system has saved me untold amounts in bank fees because I can look ahead and know what my balance will be on any particular day in the future. It takes into consideration that payments are due on different days throughout the month and allows you to plan accordingly. And now I don't have to even open my laptop to get to it! I'm so excited!! Also, I've had to contact the developer a couple times when I upgraded to a new computer and the customer service has been top notch each time. Thank you so much for the past 8 years of budget help and hopefully many more in the future!
