Used to function perfectly but for the last couple months the mobile deposit feature very rarely works. It says that the check amount doesn't match the picture and to try taking the picture again but it never resolves the error. Changing the background, light source, angle, distance and uninstall/reinstall doesn't make a difference. I've wasted so much time on this nonsense. 12/24 Update: The app is working better now and I've been able to deposit more reliably.

Kind of getting tired of how long it takes the App to process payments. It's in the account, money is accounted for, both deposits AND transactions but the App is constantly like "I'll get around to those pendings one of these days." If that could be tightened up a bit, it'd be a 5 star app. Good way to get people to miscalculate how much money they have so you can get them to overdraw.

Latest update is less user-friendly and has multiple glitches on my android phone. For example, I constantly have to sign in multiple times because I get a message saying, "Error on our side." Also, once I finally found the option to search transactions, the search filter does not work. I would like to search "deposits," but clicking on the choices does nothing. I preferred the previous version and had none of the current problems.
