USAA is the best bank. Their app is so easy to use and I can do anything on it - pay bills, Zelle, check balances, do transfers, get quotes, set up new insurance, etc. I have only had a disruption on the app once in 8 years. I literally love USAA. They're phenomenal. The only thing I don't like is trying to deposit cash, which has nothing to do with the app. The app is perfect.

The app used to be really easy and fast to use and access what I needed. Now the options for MFA during sign in do not always work. I can't access the 6 digit code on the app to sign in because I haven't signed in yet. For whatever reason, I don't always receive codes that are texted to me. On top of log in taking forever, notifications pop up as soon as I'm in, further distracting me from what I opened the app to do. I'd like to never see "do you want to allow notifications?" ever again.

I don't know what they were trying to accomplish with this update but please UN-update it. It works 30% of the time I open it and uninstalling and reinstalling worked for a day. It's not even just the mobile app either. It's right after 2 of my accounts were compromised too I hope it's not a bigger issue involving overall security. Very frustrating when I can usually count on USAA to be more reliable than my other banks.
