lots of trouble with the new digital transition. won't let me perform deposits, bill pay. Bill pay is a complicated mess!! can't see transactions without digging deeply into menus. It rejects most things I'm trying to accomplish. I shouldn't have to spend hours trying to get on the accounts and accomplishing tasks. im almost tempted to get another account elsewhere. Never had so much trouble ever!! we don't need all the bells and whistles, just keep it simple to use!

This application has so many bugs! Bill pay did not send me an email of my transfer. The online AI help was of no use, in fact did not interpret the question at all correctly! When doing a transfer of funds, it went to the submit screen, but the button was grayed out, with no indication of the issue! Was this even beta tested with users? Small glitches are annoying! Subtle changes from the old app like the deposits color, payments marked as being a restaurant when it is not; makes no sense.

This new version of the app is slower and less private than the old version. I liked the Quick Balance feature on the old app, it was a convenient way to check my accounts without logging in, but I also didn't accidentally show my balance to everyone around me. The new "Snapshot" feature in this app just shows all my account balances right there when I open the app. It also takes much longer for the app to load up on opening. The old version was superior.
