I've banked with Chase, B of A, Wells Fargo, etc and NetSpend is the only service that I haven't had horrible problems with. I actually received a card after filing with TurboTax in 2014, once I downloaded the app and set up the msgs alerts I love how easy it is to track my spending. I have a small amount from my direct deposit put into my savings and it really adds up fast. I can load money at my neighborhood grocery store- no more extra trips to a bank (there is a $3.95 loading fee).

I've been using NetSpend for 20 years. Used to upset me when notifying me about a purchase. Holding my shopping up at the time. I'm sooo glad they have that service. All the scamming going on. I've been saved hundreds of dollars by their notification process. All I had to do was check yes or no. Customer service is wonderful. I've only had a couple disputes and was reimbursed every time. One dispute was over $300. It took the 90 days but worth the wait. Wouldn't use any other bank.

Love Netspend. Never had an issue with these guys. It's a widely use type of prepaid debit card. So it is accepted at almost any type store online not online etc. I use it to order pay for stuff online like bill's etc. I don't have a traditional bank account but this is the next best thing. Fees are minimal and reasonable. As long keep your account in standing you should run into few to no issues at all this type of card. Best of all it has easy to keep track and monitor your spending.
