Works fine, but lacks a notification system for if there is a problem with an online banking or ATM deposit. I wish there was a notification for that. I am already waiting five business days for a check I deposited to post. If the bank notes a problem before then, I would love a notification rather than having to reach out and ask what the issue is.

Crashes or does not work at least once per month. Update/Additional Issue: While trying to use the chat inside app to resolve a credit card issue, I kept getting kicked out of chat and forced to sign in again. After this happened the second time, I couldn't get back into chat, so just called to resolve the issue. Navy Federal telephone support is great, the app is NOT.

The apps interface is user friendly however the frequent bugs, crashes and glitches can be worrisome especially when you are doing something like transferring money. Most recent glitch has been if I try to log in somewhere that service is not great, the app will lock me out and even when I try again with better service or wi-fi will continue to get an Authorization Failed message until I delete the app and re-download. Hope this helps.
