Everything was fine for the first few transactions. Then they said they wanted to validate my account and asked for account. I provided them the accounts, but they were not saying whether the validation is complete or not even after a couple of weeks, whenever i try to contact customer care they keep asking me to submit same documents. Customer service is of no use if you get into these issues. Finally after waiting for a couple of weeks i asked them to close the account.

Customer service is friendly and app layout is easy to navigate. But, I wasn't able to load/fund account using my debit card. For whatever reason, the system recognized it as credit and for credit, there are higher fees associated with it and ridiculously low limits set. Couldn't fund. Couldn't transfer. Uninstalling. *Please don't sell my information*

I've actually upgraded my review to 2 stars, here's why... When I can actually cash out from Luckyland etc, it's immediate, I don't have to wait for days to receive my winnings. The issue is that it's very rare that I'm actually afforded the option to cash out to my Skrill account. And when I can, it's usually only like 20 bucks. It could be an issue with Luckyland, sure, but it's one of their big selling points when you're looking at getting a Skrill card/account.
