The cards are great but the app leaves MUCH to be desired. 1) It does not retain biometric selection. I have just tried switching between my 2 cards twice. each time I had to enter UN/PW because it didn't recognize me. Each time, in each card, I reset the Biometric entry switch and the app accepted it but when I log out then try to log in, it's back to UN/PW. 2) I really dislike having a separate login for each card. Why not 1 login with a list of cards after?

Can't connect to my Bread loan account. Despite that, when I go to log in through the website, it asks to redirect to this app every single time I log in. I don't understand why they would have split up apps for accounts that just exist to take payments. Extremely similar yet one has access and another does not. To be honest it seems like bread puts the least amount of effort into serving the customers who get financing loans. All their other platforms and sites seem way more polished.

I have reinstalled and changed password twice thinking it's my phone but this app will not remember me after a few hours and I have to keep reconfirming who I am with text codes almost every time I want to log in. even if I just want to switch from one credit card to another. it's incredibly frustrating. I am Reviewing the App. Not the Credit card company. Just to be clear.
