Like everyone else, I'm not loving the newest update. I gave it some time, but the old style was just hands down WAY better. It was easier to navigate, easier to see my balances and spenditures, and wasn't so darn bright! Please add a dark mode at least! Everything is too "bubbly," like, it's trying to appeal to children rather than adults. I've lived a few states away from the nearest branch for several years, yet still kept 53 as my bank because their online banking was easy. Please go back!

Occasionally works as intended. Most times, you can only look at one account and if you try to look at another account it just reloads the first one you looked at. Making payments can be very annoying as no accounts will show to make a payment from and you have to go back and forth in the menu until it decides to show your other accounts and allow a payment to be made. Also just an insanely greedy institution to bank with.

After months of failures, it finally lets me login consistently. That's the good news. But it still ignores the decimal point you enter and forces you to enter a value 100 times what you intend. Or maybe 10 times. Or maybe not. It varies. Want to make a payment of $57? You have to enter 5700 or you'll get $0.57. If you want $38.10, you can't enter 38.1, because you'll get $3.81. But if you mean $67.15, and enter 67.15, that will work correctly. No other app on the planet behaves like that.
