It helps you pay rent on time, build your credit history, and breathe a little easier every month. How it works Flex gives you access to a credit line that you can use for rent. Each month, you pay part of your rent up front and borrow the rest. Term loans for Flex Move-in are provided at 16.95%- 23.84% annual percentage rate (APR) based on state of residence, loan duration, and other relevant factors.
