I loved this when I first started, despite the ridiculous amount of ads. But then I got to the point of constructing the new area which was a frustrating 11 day wait only to find there's nothing but a blank space there, even after the update. Please hurry up and develop this game, it's tedious when there's nothing to do or save for. This has great potential but there is a lot of work to be done to improve and expand it. EDIT: love the updates and new stuff. Keep it coming. Thank you. 5 stars now

It's a fun game with lots of potential but it's laggy, far too many ads, I've honestly spent more time watching ads than playing the actual game and there isn't even an option to pay for ad free like other games do. Edit* they've added the option to pay for ad free, glad to see it, it's much better now!

Love the new update! Personally, it is one of my favorite styles of games and a wonderful time passer. I do wish the workers could have more upgrades. I don't enjoy how every time I open the app, I have to repurchase a worker for the shoe department as well as their upgrades. The 'helper' to get people unstuck from the self washers was a big help.
