I really have no complaints. I don't notice any speed loss. And you can use it in ALL your devices. Unlimited means exactly that. I multi-hop using 2 locations, and neither one is where I live. I also used the Alt ID they offer. I have a name, address, and email from a country that I chose. Phone number is optional. I use the automatic kill switch to stop transmitting if I lose connection with Surf Shark. It's a 5 out of 5 for me.

Works well, and they are constantly adding more features and improvements. I'm always on the move and I have to use a VPN constantly, thanks to insecure hotspots and dumb websites that don't work if you're in the wrong location. I appreciate the zero-friction experience with unlimited devices and multiple ways to use the VPN outside of the app, no "deauthorizing" one device to make room for another. Thanks for doing everything you say you do!

Been using this for over 3 yrs and just renewed a couple of months ago. However, I've been getting more and more "access denied" for the sites I've frequent. It's kind of annoying and I need to switch off the VPN to go to those sites which defeats the reason I got a VPN in the first place. A couple of times after "reporting" the sites I was able to access the those sites but lately even that hasn't helped. It sucks that I'm stuck for another couple of years since I'm signed up for another 3 yrs.

We recommend trying different servers in the Surfshark app and switching connection protocols by going to Settings -> VPN settings -> Protocol.
