Eats up storage (About 20GB but a Steam version exists). Actually really good introduction to the FFVii universe if you haven't played FFVii before (it was my introduction). Boss fights are fun and engaging. Some grinding. Requires stable Internet so don't kick your router. Characters are all free and you start with all of them so grinding and draws are only for weapons and skins.

Changed my review because the game has improved since launch, yet has sadly remained extremely grindy when it comes to upgrading gear and character skill trees. If you play the game when events pop up and do your daily premium quests (premium doesn't mean "paid for" in this case), you should be able to get the materials you need over time. This uses an energy system but is somewhat generous with the refill items. The game has a lot of pop-ups for its real money store, which is very annoying.

Great graphics and story per Square. They have always put a lot into the artwork and story telling. Everything looks and feels just like FF of old. New update is not fun. Feels rushed, the auto equipment feature gives you whatever it wants, why have it.? The new "harder for veteran player content", is almost if not impossible for new player's. I'm in the middle and F2P. Be prepared to fork out about what three maybe four games would cost to be caught up. Co-op is horrible.
