I've had fun with the game so far, but I seem to constantly run into a bug where some cutscenes or summon animations won't play, and I'm stuck with a blank screen. I'll contact customer support to see if this is a constant problem for other users and how it may be fixed, but if this gets solved then I will be updating my review to a 5-star one. Update: the development team was really quick to help me with my problem, and we got it fixed relatively quickly. Never felt more supported for a game!

Super Satisfying. Just the right amount of submenus to click through each login. Plenty of variety in characters, abilities, equipment, etc. without being overwhelming. Progression clips along nicely for the first few weeks at least and loot drops are quite generous. I also like how easy it is to summon top tier characters. The play experience for the first three weeks alone has been worth 5 stars. If it's half this much fun once I reach the paywall it'll still beat every other game I've played.

I am having the same problem as others have had when it comes to the black out screen and constantly having to restart the game. If this can be fixed and I no longer have a constant crash then I would love to invest into the game. I am definitely enjoying it so far other than that. Also if it's fixed I will give it 5 stars. EDIT: Changing to 5 because putting the graphics on low has fixed the black screen issue.
