Advanced open-source Atari 2600 VCS emulator based on Stella with a minimalist UI and a focus on low audio/video latency, supporting a wide variety of devices from the original Xperia Play to modern devices like the Nvidia Shield and Pixel phones. Features include: * Supports .a26 and .bin file formats, optionally compressed with ZIP, RAR, or 7Z * Paddle controller emulation * Configurable on-screen controls * Bluetooth/USB gamepad & keyboard support compatible with any HID device recognized by the OS like Xbox and PS4 controllers No ROMs are included with this app and must be supplied by the user. I gave this app 5 stars only because it enables me to play the old Atari games. However, it should work with all the games, but I found that some which require paddle or keyboard controllers don't seem to work. If there is an option for this within the app, I have no idea how to access it. I hope the program developer will make it possible to play other games besides the ones that are joystick types.

I had an ATARI2600 in 1984, I was 4 years old playing these games, I loved them. I'm playing on a Hauwei P20 and it's a solid emulation. Good response time and latency, Great work, guys!

Remember 2600 only has 1 button on the joystick so many games are started by hitting reset on the console. You can map reset to one of the buttons on your controller. I don't think the people who are saying this app doesn't work realize that.
