I Really Really LOVE how I can Pause my childrens devices during bedtime hours or when they're in trouble so they can't access the internet. That was definitely a game changer for me because I don't have to worry about them staying up all night on school nights on the phone or playing games. Also being able to setup all the equipment and resolve any issues in the app by myself was definitely so much more convenient than waiting hours/days on a worker to show up.

For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.

This has always been a good app for information pertaining to my account but all of a sudden it has gone down hill. When I log in, it freezes on the page that tells me I have a new account number. Don't know why I have a new account number in the first place. The app will not let me advance past this announcement. It won't even scroll even though it appears there is more information. UHG!! It's as if I'm locked out of seeing anything about my account!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled.
