Delightful in everyway, especially if you are an old school gamer. The way the game evolves over time just like the early games did brought back some memories. I'm 72 and have played video games for over 50 years so I remember most the changes that that have taken place in that time. I really thought the little cameos by various game characters was quite clever also.

Played through this game a few years ago. Still one of my favorite games. The controls work well, the graphics change over time from retro to more high end. Pretty unique in that aspect. Unlocking new features within the game is another unique concept. Some of the puzzles are really challenging, as well as finding all the hidden items. Gameplay is kind of a mix between Zelda and older Final Fantasy games. I would highly recommend trying this game.

Absolutely astonishing! Loved the different art styles and mechanics of the older video games they integrated, definitely worth it to play through all the way. Only thing I wish they added (unless I missed it) is a waypoint system or a journal to keep track of the different things I needed/wanted to do. Other than that, amazing game!
