UPDATE: 10 points every time you're on the app? Not true. I'm on this app everyday and I have the same amount of points I had after the last preseason game. Disappointed, tried to buy a limited time signed jersey today but every time I tried entering my credit card number it would keep going back to the alert telling me I can get a signed jersey for $99.99. I tried countless times and it kept going back to the beginning. So disappointed, so upset.

Every time I try to access my tickets, I get a blank screen. I have linked my ticketmaster account like it said, but it still won't work. This is so frustrating. I reached out for help, and all I got in return is that we can access our tickets through our mobile browser on our phone instead of the app. Not helpful at all.
