Secure Opt-in to use Face ID as a quicker way to sign in and as an added layer of protection to keep your data and account information secure. Pay Easily log in to view your billing information and statements, check your balance and make payments. Report Report an outage or check on your outage status. View See a complete view of your current and historical usage data. Track Compare your bills and track your electric and/or gas usage for the past 12 months with usage graphs and tables. Already an Xcel Energy customer but don’t have an online account yet? You’ll need to complete a quick, one-time registration to link your preferred email address with your account. To get started, have the following ready: • Your account number • Your last name or company name from your bill • The ZIP code from your bill Then, open the app and tap “Sign In or Register”, followed by “Register”. Enter your email address — this will become your new login ID.

able to now view home usage as an added user in the app. Unable to view my home after spouse added me as a user. I can view it perfectly fine on the mobile site or desktop with my login credentials. "future versions" might allow me to. How dumb, I have a username and password that works fine as a registered user. Deleted app
Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our app. We request you to upgrade the app to the latest version as we have fixed the issue and customers with "View and Pay" and "View Only" authorized user access now have the ability to use the app. Do write to us at digital@xcelenergy.com if you still face any issue.

12/18/25 worked fine. Installed app after an electric outage. logon, changed communication preferences.

The app is great in all aspects except usage. Even though time of use hours changed on 11/1/2025, the app is still showing mid tier usage which supposedly no longer exists. I just hope my bill is correct.
Thank you for your kind feedback. The new Time of Use periods will begin on your next bill that starts after Nov 1 and will not include the mid-peak.
