Speak, exchange messages and invite trusted contacts to communicate with your child, all while managing their Gizmo Watch and keeping their information safe. Generally good overall. However, I sometimes don't get push notifications on my Google Pixel when my son texts me, even if I have the app open. This is a scary to me. The developers really need a desktop version of the app that syncs to the mobile version. I am not able to stare at my phone when I'm at work. I would love to be able to send and receive messages, check location, etc on my computer. Having a desktop version would decrease my fears about not getting messages on my phone.

Pretty good app. Slow loading. gives good control of the gizmo watch, including power management, ringer volume, contact list, etc. gps usually works perfectly 90% of the time, but when it doesn't, it's way off. i wish there was a message received confirmation like there is on most text messages. sometimes the texts just don't go through. otherwise, it's a decent app for a reasonably priced and very useful watch from an excellent carrier I've been with for 30 years.

It works well as a tracking device for my kids, so I appreciate that. Call quality is only ok, sometimes the phone speaker will have interference and my kids can't hear what it's being said. The one major flaw is that the app will NOT notify me of messages from my kids unless I have the app open. I have enabled all settings, I have checked and double checked. It can override DND, but nothing. So my kids send texts and I don't get them. It's a major flaw.
Hello Stephanie, calling is usually dependent on the LTE signal strength. Its possible call quality is being affected due to poor signal or on Occassion if the Gizmo speaker is damaged or faulty, it may cause sound issues.
