I've been a subscriber for a few years now, and all of a sudden whenever I sign in on my desktop, laptop, tablet and or TV I'm sent to the "select plan" page. And even though there's been consistent automatic payment the receipt say's I'm paying for a trial period even after several years. This is frustrating, other than that i've always enjoyed the service.

It's okay. They have to add a lot more original content or add more movies that has not been played out on their network already. And needs to add more than what they're adding if they want to compete with Netflix. My rating is really a 2.5 and the show "First Wives" and "Bigger" is the only reason y'all got that rating. Don't want to pay for a streaming app with everything I've already seen.

I paid for AD FREE but it's NOT! At first I subscribed to BET Plus on Amazon Prime. But that doesn't give you a list of shows and movies. So I switched to the APP. I subscribed to AD FREE. And there's an extremely annoying AD for movies that I'm NOT interested after every single episode AND you can't skip them like STARZ & PARAMOUNT PLUS It's extremely Annoying that you have to watch 30 seconds of nonsense when you're binge watching shows. And if I make the mistake of restarting it. ANOTHER AD
