Cluttered, complex, confusing, garbage all come to mind when using the app. It's slow to update and frequently crashes. Not user-friendly. And it is not up to date with information about winning numbers and promotional winning information. What needs to be done is to revamp the entire app. So you login and then simply scroll down rather than having to click here and there sign in for this or that. Simplicity is the key. The largest portion of your market is not computer savvy.

This app is riddled with problems. 1. I fat-fingered my name when registering and didn't catch it. I tried to change it after the fact and was told I had to upload documents showing a legal change of name. I haven't changed my name so I uploaded a picture of my driver's license. Now my account is "verified", and still spelled incorrectly. 2. Navigation is horrible and games are hidden. 3. Scanning tickets for Extra Chances doesn't work anymore.

It never wants to accept my payments! This is for me and my husband's account! We have tried numerous ways, if not every single way they offer, to give y'all money, and apparently you just don't want to take it! We have also tried numerous debit cards as well! ALL with the amount of money we want to deposit, in the bank! So we just don't understand it, and frankly am fed up with the whole thing at this point! I just tried to scan a $100 scratcher winner to play games, and that didn't even work!
