It is very similar to the original (which is a good thing) with added extras (which is also a good thing). However, what I have found is that the start game balancing is all off. Compared to the first game it's very easy to go bankrupt in 2-3 seasons without outrageous spending. Turns out it was to do with the new system where pitch upgrades can cause wages to runaway. Now I know this no issues with the game. Rating adjusted to reflect
Hi Michael, one issue a few people have had is that they've misunderstood the new weekly fee for keeping the pitch maintained. This is different to how it used to work in the previous game where pitch improvements were a one-off fee. If you set your pitch too high it can eat all your money. Please check if this is the case in your game!

This is the best sim out there. Every now and then I can burn myself out on it, but unlike other games I can always come back to this one! I wouldn't mind a few more challenges but this game keeps me hooked for weeks at a time! (One update request, would be to see on the players info page their year by year overall rating. That way we can track as the chairman which players are getting better more consistently and who's not)

Just FCP1 with a couple more features, which is mostly what I wanted. However, one thing I think would be an awesome addition/tweak would be to make it so players have a new status that indicates a desire to leave/stay with a reason. If a player is too high rated in comparison to the rest of your team, their desire to leave might be a bit higher. If a transfer offer comes in they'll let you know they'd like you to accept. Not accepting might upset them and prompt a request. Adds wildness.
