This is a fun and magical app for Christmas. I have been using this app for years to bring the magic of Christmas to my family, but since the last update, I have been unable to log in. I have contacted support but have no reply 😕. Update. I am back using the app again! Just intime for Christmas. I still have not had an answer from support, but through my own troubleshooting, I updated my internet browser and uninstalled the PNP app, and then reinstalled the app. It seems to be working now

Lots of new features but the Talk to Santa feature doesn't work. I had a few credits with my subscription to talk to Santa and the call kept crashing and I lost my credits - this happened on three separate occasions, so it wasn't a one-off glitch. I'm not particularly happy, as if the function crashes, you shouldn't lose your credits. Videos and calls are pretty good and very personalised.

*update that the link sent to me by support takes me to a "page can't be reached message" in two browsers. For many years we've used the app, have the magic pass, and our kids love the creations we've made. So it may seem strange my review is only 3 stars, and I would love to be able to amend this review to 5 stars, however I've been trying to contact customer support in multiple ways over the last two weeks and haven't gotten a response from any of the emails I've sent or forms I've submitted.
