Having the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.

It does a fair job. But when I used this service three years ago, it would forget my login. If I am logging in from a Tracfone, why do I need to put in the phone number of that phone? A button on the app to use a different phone number could remedy that. I should be able to add time easier. It's easier to do from the website than by using the app.

Can no longer get minutes, data, or text messages remaining with latest version. Simply continue to get a message that the operation is taking longer than expected and to try again later. Have restarted, cleared data, etc. multiple times over several days and nothing had worked. Update: released new version that worked for a few days, but stopped working a few days later and still isn't working. Horrible app developers.
