Current return and refund system will always approve buyer's refund request, no matter how absurd or small the reason is. Everything is managed by system and its decision will always lean towards the buyer, so when problem arises during delivery, seller will always be at massive disadvantage. It's a drastic downgrade from tokopedia seller. Please fix this mess of an app.

Being a seller here in tiktok shop is 50/50. There are a lot of fraud buyers who doesn't received their parcel and ends with platform deduct return parcel fees to us sellers. Your verification of account for all users must be strict, due to there are a lot of persons who can make multiple fake/ dummy accounts easily.

App refuses to boot correctly, and I always have to restart it AT LEAST once in order to make it work. UX is frustrating, you can only withdraw money after 24h and set expedition service via the desktop web app. Support tickets take ages to be resolved. Sky high fees plus hidden charges. You're charged 6% for free shipping program, yet most user won't even get the benefit since it is exclusive to Plus users and sometimes paid campaigns are forced on you suddenly, racking up the fees more.
