I'm experiencing technical difficulties. I don't know if it's the algorithm, but I'd appreciate it if it can be fixed. I received two messages from someone who liked me, when I opened the app, it deleted their profile so I can no longer message them, and the messages they sent is no longer available. I have a silver membership, and I have noticed the algorithm has been deleting matches and conversations. This is not the first time. Can you please fix?

I love the concept but the overall way the app runs seems unsafe/sloppy. Anyone can send you a message, regardless of a match. I don't like that option, as it's hard to filter through messages and can get oversaturated fast. What I do like about this app though is all the options for your profile/bio. Also, the ability to link you and a partners profile is a good feature. Overall this app isn't worth it for me as it is not filtered or tailored enough.

I've been using this app for about a year and throughout the year and they've slowly made you have to pay for just about everything. There's now even a limit of how many actions you can do per 24 hours. Even denying people costs an action and the only way to have unlimited actions is to pay almost 50 a month or 40 a week. So almost is a no brainer on what to choose even if you don't want to have to. There's a whole lot more but it won't matter, it's become a cash grab like the rest of the apps
