My package never arrived, but I was charged. I didn't understand and waited an extra four weeks for the box before reaching out. Customer service was amazing and refunded the money (because they assumed it had arrived and I had kept it). Then they organized my next fix and took off the styling fee. I would not have ordered another fix if they weren't so generous. Awesome customer service skills! I am so excited for this package to arrive! 😊

They look like they know what they are doing.. They are the best option for the price. I didn't get and scription yet but After looking at the options, I'm in for next order. Plus you can cancel whenever you won't, Last thing your are not obligated to purchase everything they send you. You pick & choose what clothes you like. I like it all, reasonable, easy cancel and keep what you like. That's a win win win for everyone.

Stitch fix is amazing. They listen to every comment you write, and make sure that every box is perfect. I didnt love my last box, nothing fit well and it wasn't really my style. I wrote that in my review of the box and thought to myself that it was just apart of the commitment that not every box is going to be great. However they read my review and emailed me saying thay they are waving my next styling fee because i didn't love the box! I didnt even cause an issue and they did that for me!
