Recently I started using the app consistently. Great app, easy to use, and accumulates points pretty quickly. You get points for 'walking in' to many stores, scanning codes for certain products, and accruing points; very easy. I did have a tech issue while trying to cash out. I contacted Shopkick through the app and received an email reply the next day problem was fixed. Great app, with great rewards, and helpful support when you need it!

I have earned 4 $10 giftcards so far and am very happy with this app. It rewards you for simply scanning items in the store. You don't have to buy, but often if you do there are much bigger rewards. The receipt upload is still buggy. I advise you to check out items for upload separately from the rest of your groceries, to keep the receipt small (so you don't have to take multiple photos of the receipt). Also, upload your receipt on *data* not wifi. Receipt upload hangs on wifi for some reason.

Good way to earn points towards gift cards. Scanning the items can problematic sometimes though. Because of theft, so many items are in locked cases anymore. Every time I go into CVS, it seems like more items are locked up. You can't page a staff member to unlock the case just so you can scan the item to get kicks. It's good for the items that are out on the shelf.
