Difficult to figure out how to leave notes or indicate no subs. Search tool sometimes gives you products totally unrelated to request. Not always notified when order is ready. If I list a cell number, why can't you text me? If order is available from 4 - 5 say, without notification is it ready at 4 or 5. If there's ice cream that can be problematic. But I've been very happy with the service and process overall.

I have lots of trouble when I check out. The password I use is always wrong so I end up changing my password every time I order. I have lost parts of orders somewhere in the process. I always get a message to complete all parts of the address when all parts are there. The actual choosing items is fine. Just check out 😲I haven't shopped at Raleys for over a year because of the impossible to use website. This is my first time trying again. We will see if it works.

The app is great, works well, etc, but I really wish I could add forgotten items to my order after I submit it. Also, a quick link to add a calendar event to my calendar, or a notification when my order is ready would be helpful to remember pick up times. I like that I can quickly search items previously purchased to add my favorites to my cart, I just wish it wouldn't repeat items so much in that search making it a pain to thumb through. It would be great if my rewards could apply online too.
