The app worked pretty good, but you need to type in order customizations (like "no tomato", "dressing on the side", "no mayo"), and there is a limit on the characters, plus it doesn't always save your changes. I find that the location doesn't always read the requested changes. It would be better if you there was item specific customizations that you could just click on to remove, kind of like Chilis or Subway apps do.

Big improvement from when last reviewed. Their updates have fixed about every problems there was, except for that it doesn't apply the discount for Wednesday BOGO pizza. It lists the discount on the site but even at checkout it doesn't apply, but rather wants to charge full price. Other than that- largely improved (but be careful when pressing the "back" arrow on your phone: it will take you back further than you'd probably like.)

Visually, it looks nice, but the UI/UX is sluggish and can make the ordering process difficult. Especially trying to add multiples of the same item (for example, drinks). Instead of allowing you to select a quantity or simply add the same item again, once you've added it to the cart, the app takes you back to the menu and you have to select the item again to add another of the same item to the cart.
