I'm new to it, about 4 weeks, and I've yet to experience any issues for what it is. Notifications, they appear right after typing in chat which is useful if you're at a tournament and someone can't find the field. The calendar in the App is great with two different ways to view it. Addresses of where the game or practice is right there as well. Select to attend or miss, even leaving a note. You can add family members as well! Seems great so far!

Our club switched to this platform this year and it has almost everything we need. We lose the stat keeping from other team management apps, but we gain quite a bit too. Attendance and messaging work well, and events are pretty easy to manage. My favorite feature so far has been the "guest player" option that allows us to add players outside the roster and have them be able to access information for the events.

After some things were fixed over the past year it is working much better... BUT... Still not a way to acknowledge a message sent in the chats other than typing a reply. It would be SO much more convenient to be able to just "react" (thumbs up for example) to a message for the sender to know it's been seen. Also still frustrating that the phone's back button won't work to back out of/close the app.
