better than MyFitnessPal, forks over knives, and every other nutrition app! it's not just recipes! you can plan your week's meals in a healthier way (track nourishment, not obsess over calories), build a grocery list, etc. and the UI is so simple and easy to use. it somehow shows tons of information in an easy-to-read, minimalist space. sooo functional, and you can tell it was a passion project. Pick Up Limes has had a great YouTube for years, glad they can expand that in such a cool way

This is beautifully designed. Intuitive, handy, creative. The linking between grocery list and nourish is seemless, and exceptionally easy to use. The pictures are gorgeous and the recipes are so easy to follow. My favorite functionality is the serving size customization! I'm not even vegan! If you think this is a health app, it's so much more. There are fudge recipes, and nachos, and pasta. Highly recommended for those trying to elevate their meals!

The nourish portion of the app alone would be enough for me, but to get recipes, a grocery list, and being able to customize things is just the icing on the cake for me! I absolutely love being able to easily keep track of my eating and water intake every day. I've tried other apps that solely track your diet, and they just never worked for me. You can add in your own items and be very detailed about the nutritional aspect of each item, which is super cool! Highly recommend the app!
