You have probably heard mystic vale is a "card crafting" game and while this mechanic is what sets it apart from more classic, dominion style deckbuilders.... to a seasoned deckbuilder fan it honestly sounds like a gimmicky selling point. I love deckbuilders, board game (dominion, shards of infinity, fort etc.) and video game (slay the spire, monster train etc.) so trust me when I say this is a VERY deep deckbuilder. This isn't a game that relies on a gimmick, it is a damn good deckbuilder.

Very good port to the phone. Easy to use. The only complaint is that the game occasionally freezes and needs to be restarted. Luckily, the game saves when this happens and can be continued. edit: after months (years?) of waiting the game is fixed and I'm returning my 5 star rating.

I think this is one of the most interesting and innovative digital cardgames I have ever played. The mechanics are very interesting, specially the possibility of combining advances to tune your cards. Graphics and animations are neat, the music nicely accompanies the whole thematic, and the AI is challenging enough for solo play. The learning curve was a little bit steep for me, but after a few games I managed to get the hold of it :) And yes, in case you are wondering, the expansions available are really worth it, since they further supprot the original mechanics and introduce new ones, overall giving more variety to the game.
