Big Nike person but I'm rarely able to buy the shoes that I want. It let's me through maybe 4 or 5 times a year. Which is extremely low. Some sneakers sellout right when the clock hits 10. I never understand that. I never get exclusive access. It seems that people that "got em" all the time stays that way and people that never win just stay in the losing algorithm.

As many have mentioned, technical issues consistently plague the app, particularly on release days for higher profile releases. There have been multiple instances where a release immediately reflects "sold out" and I've even seen this occur when the release is a draw, which prevents the user from even entering. I'm sure the volume this app attracts is a factor, but I think it's time to think of new ways to hold these releases. Possibly having phased releases by region to control volume.

I have to constantly refresh it to see new stuff. Sometimes it doesn't even come up. Also when I try to get a shoe on the drop. It's always says pending then nothing. Just back to the price and then there is no sizes left. I'm pretty sure you at least get told if you got them or not. I don't even get that message. It's almost like I just get booted off. Never ever bought anything because of this. All though I try every drop. It's been a year now and I've never got anything. Seems flawed.
