I'm new to this app but yet I'm having problems. I am not able to receive direct messages and calls from anyone literally any one. when I message them they can't receive my message as well. I don't know what's the problem. If someone here knows how to fix this please help me

I cant buy a video, it says I already purchased the bundle but after clicking it I went to the top up menu

I'd be willing to give it a higher score save for the fact that I completely stopped getting notifications. I've made sure everything on my end is correct and still nothing. Ever uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This brings me to my next issue. When I did that, I lost all of my dms, not a single one was there when I opened the app back up. Fix your stuff Coco, this is bs.
