I have been doing business with Newegg since 2005. I've always been super happy with their products and services. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the app has been a bit laggy on my device, even after several reboot cycles. No other apps have that issue so I know it's their software and not my phone. Will continue to buy from them, just do your research and always read the reviews; especially if you buy from a third party on the marketplace.

I've been using Newegg for computer parts ever since I started building my first PC several years ago. Since then I've ordered small and household appliances through them, in fact the only reason I didn't order my cars tires through them was because no one had my particular (and very odd) size. There's nearly nothing they don't carry, and all of it is at great prices, even some deals are available that can leave you feeling like you robbed the seller. Can't recommend enough.

The app deserves 3 stars but I gave it 4 since one issue isn't with the app. The app sometimes freezes or won't do certain actions. Annoying. Sometimes neweggs prices are ridiculous. I'm not even talking about the hot ticket items. Everywhere else will sell within reason (even third party) but Newegg adds $100. Then there's that their shipping is terrible compared to comp. One retailer has several of my items arrive after one day at 9am.
