Convenient, quick money but I hate that I get an offer after I have declined it. If I decline an offer, it's because of low tip compared to distance. If I decline many offers, it goes against my stats & that's not fair. I'm not going to suddenly change my mind & do the low tip order. That needs to be fixed. I started declining & pausing orders so I won't get it again, but that doesn't always help.

It's cool to deliver for HEB and I like the HEB Now orders. Money is good. But the app UI itself leaves much to be desired. it shows too much/unnecessary information all at once. The flow needs improving, it's not as clean as Flex or Uber. Some stores (specifically Circle K lately) will not let you use a virtual card without a pin. so you can't take those orders, and as you decline them your acceptance rate goes down. I'm sorry HEB but it's such a joke to charge $4 to get a physical card.

My complaint is the same as everyone else-the location notification. Before the update, an icon would just be there with no sound. Now, I have the option in settings to change how the location services notification pops up or sounds, but for some reason, it doesnt work. Apparently, the location notification is linked to the general notifications (new favor, tip from customer) so I cant really turn it off or else I wont know when I have a new job. Also, getting a notification that I'm in a hotspot is really unnecessary.
