Since they started allowing passkey to sign in, at least you don't have to have a text message sent to you to "verify" who you are every day. And the quick punch on the main screen is nice. Getting better... Well, it's DOWN again! App & website do not work.

I haven't been able to get the app to load at all for the last 3 days? how am I to get my tax forms if I can't open it on my phone. It will work on a PC. I agree the double password is a pain to always have it text me. I could never get the passkey/code to work.

this application is incredibly glitchy. also, not sure where it is storing information. i can close the app, clear the cache, open the app again, and I'll still be logged in! how are we supposed to be sure when the app is signed out and not running in the background?
