Nice app for shopping JCPenney merchandise. I've primarily used it to search for men's clothes, and I like the search features and filtering options that make it easy to narrow in on the sizes, styles, and colors that match what you're looking for. If one buys in bulk (such as $100 or more), there are regularly coupons/discounts that make it possible to buy quality dress clothes and accessories at amazing prices.

Great app, love the ability to make changes to an item in checkout. I can change the size or color while still in checkout, I think other apps you have to remove and then add the item again. The product pics also seem more intuitive to use by using pinch and expand, you seem to get a better look at the product to enable you to select something that you won't have to return. I'm not a big shopper but this app seems to be easier to use than say the Kohl's app. Someone told me Penney was dead because they were getting killed online but maybe not because I returned after not buying anything there for at least 10 years. The app and the online shopping experience had something to do with it along with the great prices.

I've found that store sale prices are sometimes less than online so sometimes it's worth making the trip when I'm buying a lot. I like the app except you can't view the details of an item you ordered or order it again. You have to search for that item if you want to purchase it a second time. Tracking your delivery is best done through the courier's app (UPS). I prefer the convenience of shopping online especially during the holidays. I've used the app often and don't run into any problems.
