picking up batches and receiving them is simple. the app is straightforward to use. sometimes lags or loads weird but I think that's more a signal service issue and not the app's coding. customer service has always been friendly when reaching out with any issues. only complaint is some of the payouts don't always feel fair for the amount of time it takes to shop or distance traveled for deliveries.

I didn't mind doing it every once in a while. After all...I have a full time job. But, their newest updates require you to "always share location" which is ridiculous. Used to be able to share location while using the app. Which makes more sense. There is no reason for a shopper app to always track my location - especially when I am not actively shopping for them.

Is this the only place to leave app feedback? Some things have been fixed, thankfully, but I've noticed: 1. If a mistake has been made at checkout, like items swapped, it's not mentioned to drivers until AFTER delivery (if 1 shop/1del), so we are hoping to make it back to the store before the customer picks up. 2. When getting meats, if it weighs more than listed it won't let you add even if deleted and added or okay'd by customer. Also need to add plastic or paper bags somewhere before checkout
