The app makes it much easier to see notifications, repositories, code and a lot more on mobile. Currently, as the app was just released, it still lacks a lot of essential features. The UI is clean, minimalistic and easy to use. I would most definitely recommend GitHub mobile over third party GitHub clients on mobile. Some great features that should be added - - The Project Boards and Lists (Kanban) - Access organisation, project and repository settings and other utility. Thanks GitHub 👍

I often have to switch to browser. Can't search for file by name, and once I do have a file open can't switch branches or view its history/blame. edit 2022-04-21: Have been using the app more regularly and for the past couple months its worked without issues or limitations. Great to have.

What is there to say? GitHub is the hub of the internet, computing, coding, networking, testing and troubleshooting Kinda like Wikipedia but for the tools needed to build Wikipedia, a game, or extensions and life hack code that'll change your computing experience. Always cool to contribute yourself if able. GitHub is a genuinely perfect tool for the person who actually uses a computer.
