Used the app and the Garmin S12 watch a couple times so far and is accurate to the course I play. Both are easy and quick to use. I like the S12 cause it is simplified and does all I need it to do for distances, score tracking, and for keeping track of the basic stats on the Garmin golf app. I also like the fact that my head isn't buried looking at the watch the whole time during the round. Easy to transfer info to the app and review later. Simple, accurate, easy to use. Perfect for what I need

I only use this app for driving range sessions, and when it works, it's great. Unfortunately it's extremely buggy. The worst of the bugs is unsaved sessions. After saving a driving range sessions, it disappears. My R10 launch monitor captures a lot of metrics, but I don't want to review them on the range before saving my session. I want to review them later. I'm unable to do that, because the sessions disappear after 'saving' them.

The features this app has are great. But there is a lot I dont like. Drive stats are only recorded if the shot was from the tee box, but not if you are outside where it thinks the tee box is even if you tell it that it was a tee shot. I want to see proper photo maps with my shots shown not the cartoon style map. If I play a seven as a bump run, I should be able to say it was a chip and therefore doesnt affect avg distance. It just needs some refinements.
