It loves to say that you are not in your home area, therefore not allowing you to watch your teams games (I was at home every time, in the state where my teams are from, trying to access their games). Also, blacks out too many games. When I complained to customer service and tried to get some kind of refund, all I got was a generic response that had no interest in trying to make it right. Thanks much

"We've encountered a problem loading your video" is the essence of this app, as installed directly on my Samsung TV. This error usually occurs at least once in the middle of any live broadcast, and the "retry" button is wholly unresponsive. Usually I have to reboot my TV to clear the error and rejoin the live broadcast. It's absolutely asinine to think I PAY for this.

Probably the worst app I have ever paid for. I pay for it to watch Blue Jackets games because I don't want to pay for a bunch of channels I don't watch. I can't cast it to my TV 90% of the time so I either watch it on my tiny phone screen or I don't watch. You would think with all these 1 star ratings they would figure something out but apparently the either don't care or are incompetent. Fix your app!! Edit: if you happen to have an Xbox just get the app on there. Managed to stream the game.
