For the Gold rush second chance 'PROMOTION', I receive an error message saying unexpected server error, and to leave feedback if it continues. I've left feedback no response. Even sent an email, I got a case number or something. But nothing else, and it's very frustrating to have stack of tickets that can't be entered and no one getting back with me about it. But that is my only issue

Very buggy. Constantly requiring updates. Which would not be a big deal, except that the app doesn't want to pull up after an update is needed. I noticed that this appears to be more of an issue for android users, not so much apple users. When the app works, it's great! I love the different random number generators and the convenience of checking my ticket numbers instead of having to go to a store. Fix the bugs/glitches and I would give 5 stars!

Been using the app for 3 months now. It was working great. Last 3 days it won't connect. So it's pretty useless right now. I did uninstall it and then reinstalled it. Now I get the pink logo screen with the flamingo and just like before it just keeps spinning that it's busy busy busy and never connects. So I can't even view what the winning numbers, nevermind scan them.
