First off, the app is sluggish. Y'all know that. Next, this app still has issues with not knowing what to do with tracking numbers in its search bar. For whatever reason, it tries to search your existing deliveries for the tracking number entered instead of just pulling it up as a new tracking number. Also, I don't know why screenshot blocking is activated while looking at full-sized delivery photos. If y'all aren't going to preserve delivery photos forever, let us preserve them on our own.

The app barely works right anymore. I struggle to see any of my packages. I think the app has too much going on. It is pretty much overloaded; it's always loading. Half the time, I can't see my packages. It didn't used to do this until they overdid the front page. It was only recently that I can barely ever see my packages, and they also did away with the pickup barcode scan code, which made life so much faster. Please bring that back; it was so much easier for the workers and the customers.

This app used to be a 5-star so. It used to work pretty nicely, but lately it's been very glitchy. It takes forever to start. It doesn't find most tracking numbers. When I try to scroll through the tracking info it does decide to show, it jumps to a different screen without those details I was trying to read. I'm better off just tracking my packages on the FedEx website.
