I just had my 1st workout with Everdance. I am SWEATING and it was just the tutorial and very short workout. I have had problems with my mobility and am currently in Physical Therapy. I am looking forward to my next workout and the results from staying consistent. The only drawback is that my tablet is not loading the app so I have to use my phone but if I start getting the results I'm sure I'll get, baby, it may be time for a new tablet. Lol

The app has so many different exercises to choose from each one has a different instructor which makes it different then the other. The dancing makes the workouts fun and exciting. The app itself is very easy to use.
