I really wanna like it, but as soon as I won a sizeable amount of money, I can no longer withdraw or deposit, after several contacts with customer support all I was told was 'we know'. Well that doesn't really help me does it? Several days later I'm leaving this review in hopes it gets some attention and get fixed soon.

My account is locked due to failed verification number confirmation attempts. I made several attempts to get it unlocked but received absolutely ZERO help! In the chat queue I get disconnected. The same thing happens when calling. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This has been multiple days now with no resolution in site. I have money on the app I cannot access and also bonus bets which are about to expire. This is the worst customer service experience! Barstool ran it WAY better!

This app has been extremely frustrating!! I've never had these issues with Draftkings or Fanduel. When I withdrawal my winnings there I'm able to immediately access it. With ESPN I have been waiting for over 30 hrs When the confirmation said it would only take up to 24hours or less and customer support has been zero help No clue why it's taking them so long,but it shouldn't be and I want my money!!!! If ESPN doesn't deposit it into my account that IS THEFT!!! Very disappointing!!🤬
