I've used the app for several years now and really like the process...mostly. Seems like some purchases get caught up in pending mode, then they're not applied. On another note, PLEASE offer other payment options besides check and PayPal. It's almost 2026! There are many other safe, cost effective methods for your customers. Thank you!

I used to get cash back in a reasonable amount of time. Now they hold orders over your head saying it takes 3-14 weeks for orders to get approved. You'll be stuck waiting outside of the quarterly time period that your big fat check would come for orders to get approved. They are holding orders with cash back that's less than a dollar hostage. I have orders .91¢ and less from June pending. No notifications when it's approved or adjusted. not as good as it used to be. Everything is 2 to 5 percent

Very short notice of "good deals" If you don't immediately jump on the deals they email you about, they're gone. This has to be the most frustrating aspect of the app. No timeline is given for extra cash back, but my most recent experience was that I received an email and the deal had ended just 3 hours later. Missed out. Will likely start using other deal sites or apps a bit more as a result. Otherwise, this app CAN get you a lot of cash back if you use it correctly and often!
